Separate the coast from the island starting points
Italia.it describes the Amalfi Coast as the coastal stretch from Positano to Vietri sul Mare, facing the Gulf of Salerno with the Lattari Mountains behind it. That is a specific coast rather than a name for every Campania port. Its high cliffs, coves and bays provide landscape context, without settling where a yacht may anchor or how sheltered a stop will be.
Procida is a different starting decision in the Gulf of Naples. Sailitalia names Ischia, Capri, Naples, the Sorrento Coast and the Amalfi Coast as destinations from its Procida base. Use that geography to explain your interests, then ask the operator to confirm an appropriate plan for your yacht and dates.
Compare the mainland marina arrangements
Spartivento places its Salerno charter base at Marina d'Arechi and names Capri, Amalfi and Positano in its destination context. Naples has a physical city departure example at Darsena Acton, which Nemo Yachting Charter names as its location. Confirm which actual marina belongs to each offer rather than treating a regional search as one collection point.
Castellammare di Stabia also has a Gulf of Naples marina context, with the Sorrento and Amalfi peninsulas nearby in the marina's own description. It is a separate Campania start area, not Castellammare del Golfo in Sicily. The complete place and facility name matter when discussing handover and travel.
Allow for the mainland and island travel stages
Marina d'Arechi identifies Salerno Costa d'Amalfi and Naples Capodichino airports, and gives Salerno Centrale/Stadio Arechi as rail reference points. Naples Airport's official FAQ names Alibus connections to the central station and port/Piazza Municipio. Check the current service and onward meeting arrangements for your chosen yacht.
A Procida boarding plan adds a mainland-to-island stage. Sailitalia lists access from Molo Beverello and Calata Porta di Massa in Naples and from Pozzuoli. Confirm the current crossing and the island-base check-in together; arrival at Naples Airport or port does not complete the journey to the charter yacht.
Make the departure and service choices together
After fixing the start and dates, compare the individual boat's layout, berths and equipment alongside the recorded charter mode. Read the skipper or crew arrangement explicitly, then compare mandatory extras, marina payments and deposit with the charter price. Similar-looking boats can have different practical arrangements.
Charter Easy can help narrow offers around your group, route and budget, coordinate availability with the charter company and clarify documents or costs before you decide. Share whether a mainland departure or island check-in fits your travel plan, as well as the places you hope to visit.
