Keep that distinction when comparing offers: the same town name does not mean the same boarding address. Village Cay is on Wickham's Cay I. Its marina lists fuel, ice, showers, laundry and dock carts. At Fort Burt, Conch Charters describes a base with water, power, fuel and showers. Confirm which facilities you need and any charges with the relevant marina or operator.

Match your arrival to the boarding address

EIS is Terrance B. Lettsome Airport on Beef Island; reaching the yacht involves an onward journey to the marina. When comparing flights, keep the final arrival time alongside the boarding arrangements rather than treating landing at the airport as arrival at the boat.

For ferry arrivals, check the terminal on your ticket. Road Town Jetty is a passenger-ferry facility, while West End Jetty is at Soper's Hole. Neither name identifies your booked yacht's berth. The Ports Authority links to ferry operators so you can check the chosen sailing before arranging the onward transfer.

Allow for boarding and the yacht briefing

At Fort Burt, Conch Charters treats a prior-night stay separately from the charter start and runs separate boat and chart briefings. Confirm your arrangements before planning departure.

For an after-hours arrival at Village Cay, the marina asks for advance contact about berth assignment and arrival instructions. Confirm the charter handover separately with your operator.
