Why Charter Easy

−

You are not left alone with the charter company

A yacht charter is an international transaction that does not end with choosing a boat and paying for a booking. It involves contract terms, payments, operator rules, crew documents, base operations and the charter company’s obligations.

Charter Easy protects and supports your interests from choosing the yacht through the final completion of the charter.

Before booking

We check the material booking terms, price and mandatory additional payments. If information is incomplete or raises questions, we clarify it directly with the charter company before you make a decision.

Legal review

For complex matters, your booking is supported by a specialist with legal training. We assess contract terms and each party’s obligations from both a booking-agent and a legal perspective.

After payment

We do not hand the client over to the charter company or stop working after payment. We help with documents, licences, extra services, payments and communication with the operator and base.

If something goes wrong

You are not left to deal with a foreign charter company alone. We join the discussion, establish the circumstances, assess each party’s obligations and help pursue a justified solution.

After your return

If questions remain about the deposit, payments, service quality or fulfilment of the agreement, we continue supporting you after the charter ends.

Legal expertise is not there to make your trip more complicated. It is there so that complicated issues do not become your problem.

What Charter Easy support means

Before payment: We check material terms, additional costs and issues that may affect the booking decision.
Before departure: We help coordinate documents, licences, payments, extra services and organisational matters with the charter company.
During the charter: When necessary, we communicate directly with the operator or base and help resolve the situation.
After the charter: We continue supporting you while questions remain about the deposit, payments or the charter company’s fulfilment of its obligations.
