Planning your charter
Understand the two marina areas
The marina's own information places Porto Vecchio near the centre of Porto Cervo and identifies Marina Nuova as the main marina complex. Keep those names distinct when discussing arrival.
The catalogue base is labelled Porto Cervo. Ask which area and meeting point apply to the selected yacht, using the operator's confirmed instructions to organise the handover.
Fit the departure into your travel plan
Start with the boat's dated departure and return arrangements. These details let you plan the journey to Porto Cervo around the actual meeting point and timing.
If you intend to spend time in the town around the charter, arrange that part after clarifying the handover. Keep the full base instructions with your yacht selection so everyone in the group has the same arrival information.
Look beyond the yacht name
Compare the supplied accommodation, dimensions and equipment, including cabins, berths and WC. Note any specifications that need confirmation for your group.
Charter Easy can help clarify charter mode, skipper service and operator terms. Review the charter price and known additional payments alongside the refundable deposit as separate budget items.
