Boat rental in Bram

Boat listings: 19 from €715/week

Based on current catalogue prices. Availability and final price are confirmed for your dates.

Port de Bram is a Canal du Midi departure between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne. The canal port is separate from the historic village, so plan the boat handover and time ashore as two parts of your stay.

Charter Easy is a charter agency. We help compare offers and support you before, during and after your trip.

Planning your charter

Head for the confirmed port meeting point

The departure base is Port de Bram. The canal guide distinguishes the port from the historic village, which means a town-centre arrival is not by itself an arrival at the boat.

Use the selected boat's reception and handover instructions when making travel plans. Confirm where to meet, the departure arrangements and the return base before organising the group's final approach.

Keep time for Bram ashore

Bram's historic village provides a separate focus for time on land, away from the canal port. You can consider a visit before or after the boating part of the holiday.

Arrange that visit around the confirmed handover rather than assuming the boat waits in the village. Your own travel arrangements and the boat booking should leave enough time for each.

Match the boat to the group

Compare the supplied cabin layout, berth numbers, WC details and equipment for your dates. Ask for missing information before treating two similarly priced boats as equivalent.

Charter Easy can help clarify the selected offer with the operator. Look at the hire price, known compulsory charges and base payments together, and account for the security deposit separately.

Questions before you choose

  • Are Port de Bram and Bram village the same joining location?

No. The canal port is separate from the historic village. Follow the confirmed instructions for your boat rather than a general town-centre address.

  • Which canal is the Bram departure on?

Port de Bram is on the Canal du Midi, between Castelnaudary and Carcassonne. Confirm a route suitable for the selected boat and dates with the operator.

  • Can I visit Bram before boarding?

A village visit can be planned separately from the charter. Arrange it around the confirmed handover and your own travel to the port.

  • What should I check beyond the quoted hire price?

Review mandatory extras, any payments at the base and the security deposit. Ask for clarification where the offer does not specify an amount or inclusion.
