Volos is a mainland departure for yacht charters towards the Sporades. The Port of Volos is a named operator base, but the city name alone is not a meeting point. Ask for the exact handover location and arrangements for your selected yacht. If an offer names Volos - Platania, check it as a separate departure rather than assuming pickup at the Port of Volos.

Check both the start and the return plan before arranging onward travel. If you hope to finish on an island instead, request a specifically agreed offer rather than assuming it follows from the sailing area.

Separate the gulf plan from the island plan
